Valley Luxury Homes Fetch Top Prices
Luxury resale homes in the Valley are still drawing record prices. This year, a 10,000-square-foot home in Paradise Valley sold for $14 million making it the most expensive resale home in the Valley’s history. The significant cost of the home isn’t due to appreciation alone, it’s the cachet of Paradise Valley’s 16,000 acres. Here home prices are more stable than in other parts of the Valley.
The Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale submarkets posted the 10 most expensive resales this year. Canadian companies interested in starting U.S. divisions are focusing on Arizona for its “affordability and sunny weather, which provides relief from the dreary cold up north.”
