    If you take a close look at this graph, it shows the same thing happening in Paradise Valley that is happening all across The Valley Of The Sun right now… home sales are on the rise.

    Before anyone notices, PV will be out of this extreme buyer’s market and into a much more balanced market overall. And hopefully the real estate market here doesn’t power right into a seller’s market too quickly. Balance is a good thing. :-)
